Meet Patrick
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Patrick Bowe is the Co-Founder and Operations Director of HomeServices, leading the day-to-day delivery of both our Property Services and Home Management divisions.
Whether preparing properties for sale or letting, coordinating trusted contractors or helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes, Patrick is committed to delivering a reliable, professional and personal service.
Patrick began his career at the Waterford Foundry, where he worked on the manufacture of the iconic Stanley range of cookers and stoves. The experience instilled a strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride in workmanship—values that continue to define HomeServices today.
Supporting Patrick is an experienced team with almost 30 years of combined experience across the property sector. Together, we have delivered new-build developments, one-off homes, renovations, planned maintenance, contractor coordination and the management of residential property portfolios. This breadth of experience enables HomeServices to provide practical, dependable solutions for homeowners, landlords and property owners throughout the South East.
Patrick has a genuine passion for both property and people. He believes maintaining a home is about more than bricks and mortar—it’s about helping people feel safe, comfortable and confident where they live. Whether resolving a maintenance issue, preparing a property for new occupants or providing home management services, every client is treated with kindness, respect and dignity.
Caring for others has always been part of Patrick’s family. His late father dedicated 44 years as a porter at University Hospital Waterford, while his late mother spent her career at St. Patrick’s Hospital, Waterford. Today, that tradition continues through several members of Patrick’s family, including his sisters, nieces, brother-in-law and daughter, who is a psychiatric nurse. Their shared commitment to helping others has helped shape the caring values at the heart of HomeServices.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys coaching underage hurling, helping young players build confidence, teamwork and respect—qualities he brings into every aspect of HomeServices.

Co-Founder & Managing Director
Katie Kent is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of HomeServices, leading the strategic direction of the business and overseeing its day-to-day operations. She is passionate about delivering a professional, personal, and seamless experience for every client from their very first inquiry. With over 30 years of property experience, Katie was born into a family with a long-standing connection to the building industry. Working alongside her family at Southeastern Construction, she experienced every stage of the new-build journey—from the first foundations being laid to handing over the keys to proud new homeowners. Those early experiences shaped her appreciation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
A qualified auctioneer, Katie has built a successful career in property management, managing large residential rental portfolios and working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for exceptional organization, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to each client’s individual requirements. She understands that every home, every property, and every client’s circumstances are unique and believes trust, communication, and reliability are the foundation of outstanding service.
Together with Patrick, Katie founded HomeServices with a simple vision—to create a trusted local business that genuinely cares for both people and property. She is committed to ensuring every service is delivered with care, efficiency, and the highest standards of professionalism.
Outside of work, Katie’s world revolves around her children, her partner, her family, and her close friends, who mean everything to her. She also has a passion for interior design and loves creating beautiful, welcoming spaces—an interest that perfectly complements her lifelong connection to property.
